The Associate Manager role at Towne Park plays a pivotal part in ensuring that each location runs smoothly and meets high standards for client, customer, and associate satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • minimum of one year related experience in hospitality
  • knowledge of Towne Park’s safety and security procedures
  • knowledge of Todd Park’s safe driving policies
  • knowledge of accident reporting policies
  • knowledge of equipment use policies
  • knowledge of ticketing and key box procedures
  • knowledge of customer service standards
  • understanding of customer confidentiality and HIPAA
  • knowledge of business writing and accounting
  • ability to drive manual transmission
  • proficiency in MS Office and technology applications
  • effective communication skills
  • cultural sensitivity
  • ability to handle complaints and difficult situations
  • courteous with strong sense of urgency and safety orientation
