Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- minimum of one year related experience in hospitality
- knowledge of Towne Park’s safety and security procedures
- knowledge of Todd Park’s safe driving policies
- knowledge of accident reporting policies
- knowledge of equipment use policies
- knowledge of ticketing and key box procedures
- knowledge of customer service standards
- understanding of customer confidentiality and HIPAA
- knowledge of business writing and accounting
- ability to drive manual transmission
- proficiency in MS Office and technology applications
- effective communication skills
- cultural sensitivity
- ability to handle complaints and difficult situations
- courteous with strong sense of urgency and safety orientation
Job Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Manage the delivery of guest and patient services including valet parking, bell services, and door services
- hire, train, evaluate and discharge associates
- plan, assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- handle financial management and reporting
- address customer complaints
- manage a minimum of two associates
