With a wide-reaching presence in the industry, Towne Park specializes in services that cater primarily to patients, visitors, and guests in diverse environments including hospitals and urban centers. The company thrives on a culture of compassion and commitment, emphasizing quality guest service as a principal value. Towne Park is much more than a service provider; it is a community where each employee has the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of millions every day, whether by easing patient anxiety, enhancing guest experiences, or supporting colleagues. This distinctive company culture underpins Towne Park’s mission to consistently exceed expectations and foster positive, memorable interactions.
The position of Associate Manager at Towne Park offers a dynamic and influential role where the incumbent will be instrumental in ensuring outstanding service delivery at a designated location. Reporting responsibilities include managing at least two associates, overseeing client, customer, and associate satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards. This role is fundamental in balancing daily operational tasks with strategic objectives such as financial management, performance appraisals, and complaint resolution. The Associate Manager will actively participate in staffing decisions, training, and coaching to build a high-performance team aligned with Towne Park’s values and service standards. Operational excellence is key, with duties including labor resource allocation, revenue management, and compliance with safety and security protocols.
This position requires a proactive leader who can cultivate strong client relationships and enhance team productivity while adhering to the company’s safety, security, and customer service policies. The successful candidate will demonstrate skill in managing workflows, conducting performance evaluations, and resolving conflicts efficiently. Furthermore, the Associate Manager ensures accurate financial reporting including shift reports, revenue reconciliation, and compliance with scheduling and timekeeping controls. The role also encompasses a variety of physical and working conditions, requiring adaptability to climate-controlled workplaces and occasional outdoor exposure, with occasional travel up to 10 percent. The company emphasizes reasonable accommodations to empower associates with disabilities to successfully perform their functions.
Towne Park offers a competitive annual base salary ranging from $48,000 to $72,000, reflective of experience, education, and location, complemented by potential annual incentive bonuses. Employees benefit from comprehensive health coverage options including medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with additional protections such as accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance. Company-paid life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance are provided, alongside enrollment in a 401k retirement savings plan. Towne Park values work-life balance with paid time off accruing based on hours worked, six paid holidays, and up to four paid floating holidays annually. Benefits eligibility is based on job classification and tenure, with terms subject to change in alignment with company plans.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual seeking to join a supportive and impactful hospitality environment with growth potential and a clear path towards leadership within a respected company dedicated to exemplary service standards and community impact.
