The company prides itself on fostering a culture where employees can make a meaningful difference not just in the lives of clients and guests, but also in their own career growth. Towne Park is known for embracing diversity, empowering associates, and maintaining a customer-first approach which has earned them a strong reputation in the hospitality sector.

The Associate Manager role at Towne Park is a dynamic and pivotal position responsible for ensuring high levels of client, customer, and associate satisfaction at a designated location. This role requires a multifaceted leader who can efficiently manage daily operations and staff, drive financial performance, and uphold the company’s service standards with excellence. The Associate Manager supervises a minimum of two associates and is directly involved in recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and, when necessary, disciplinary actions including discharge. The role plays a critical part in maintaining strong working relationships with clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations. Additionally, the Associate Manager ensures operational success by managing budgets, overseeing revenue reconciliation, and enforcing safety policies.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for hospitality and leadership. Employees receive company-paid life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and a 401k retirement savings plan to support long-term financial wellbeing.

Working in this role, employees benefit from a positive and professional work environment characterized by a focus on safety, quality customer service, and teamwork. Paid time off accrual and holiday benefits allow associates to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The job involves regular engagement in customer service duties such as valet or door services when needed to ensure the highest quality of service standards. The Associate Manager must be adept at labor resource allocation, scheduling, and handling financial and customer service metrics to optimize productivity and guest satisfaction.

Towne Park values associates who can lead by example, inspire their teams, and maintain visibility on-site. The role requires a proactive approach to associate feedback, ongoing coaching, and performance management. Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and a strong understanding of safety and operational procedures are essential to succeed. The ability to handle challenging situations professionally and maintain composure under pressure is also critical.

With an emphasis on professional growth, Towne Park fosters a culture where top performers are recognized and given opportunities to advance. The company prioritizes a supportive workplace that respects diversity and values each team member’s contributions. This position offers travel opportunities up to 10% which adds dynamic variety to the work.
