Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent education preferred
- Minimum one year of hospitality experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage and coach associates
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to travel up to 10 percent
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year of related hospitality experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of safety, security, and driving policies
- Proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale applications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
- Ability to represent the company professionally with understanding of diverse cultures
- Business writing and basic accounting knowledge
Job Duties
- Ensure guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts
- Allocate labor resources efficiently to support service delivery and adjust staffing as needed
- Engage actively in recruitment and hiring processes
- Assist Account Manager with employee guidelines and conduct orientation and training
- Develop cohesive relationships with client staff and maintain regular communication
- Drive business metrics for forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover
- Supervise financial reporting including revenue reconciliation and shift reports
