Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing experience with Salesforce technology
- strong skills in communication, writing, and ability to work well cross-functionally

Job Duties
- provide general business operational support across the whole sponsorship business
- update and manage all information required from sponsor in order to bill via email, Salesforce platform and/or Exhibitor Resource Centre
- manage Salesforce reports, dashboard management, opportunity creation and management in Salesforce platform
- manage and update sponsorship sales team contact distribution lists
- sponsorship contract and MSA management
- assist in pulling and compiling reports for leadership teams, helping track fundraising progress and support ongoing reporting needs
- help update and maintain sales and internal enablement materials, including FAQs, timelines, and communications documents, to ensure information remains current and consistent
