The role involves tracking business metrics like forecasting, productivity, claims, and turnover, as well as overseeing revenue reconciliation and shift reports with meticulous accuracy.

Physically, the position requires someone who can handle the demands of guest/patient service duties, including valet parking and bell services occasionally. The environment is predominantly climate-controlled but may expose employees to varying weather conditions. The job involves regular physical activities such as sitting, standing, climbing stairs, balancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Travel up to 10 percent of the time may also be required.

Towne Park values diversity and inclusion, encouraging candidates who demonstrate cultural understanding and professional communication skills. Competency with technology and point-of-sale systems, along with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, are necessary to perform effectively in this role. While an associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred, the emphasis is placed on experience, skills, and demonstrated ability to lead service teams, manage operational finances, and uphold Towne Park’s principles of safety and customer confidentiality.

Overall, the Associate Manager position at Towne Park offers an opportunity to grow within a mission-driven company where making an impact is both a commitment and a reward.
