Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Minimum of one year related experience in hospitality
  • Knowledge of Towne Park's safety, security, and safe driving policies
  • Ability to drive manual transmission
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office and POS applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints effectively
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Willingness to travel up to 10 percent
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Minimum of one year related experience in hospitality
  • Knowledge of preventative safety and security procedures
  • Knowledge of safe driving policies and accident reporting
  • Knowledge of equipment use policies and claim check procedures
  • Knowledge of exemplary customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of customer confidentiality and HIPAA policies
  • Knowledge of basic accounting, business writing, and business metrics
  • Knowledge of facility specifics including amenities and parking rates
  • Ability to drive manual transmission
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office and point-of-sale applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present information effectively to guests, clients, and associates
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Proven track record of courteousness, sense of urgency, and safety awareness

Job Duties

  • Ensure guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts
  • Set a positive example for guest relations and empower associates to provide excellent customer service
  • Perform guest/patient service duties including valet parking, bell services, and door services as needed
  • Allocate labor resources efficiently to support service delivery and adjust staffing levels as necessary
  • Review comment cards and guest satisfaction results with employees
  • Engage in recruitment and hiring processes to select the best people
  • Respond proactively to associate feedback and suggestions
  • Assist in establishing guidelines and expectations for employees
  • Conduct orientation and on-the-job training for new associates
  • Recognize performance and provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action as needed
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals
  • Develop cohesive working relationships with client staff
  • Maintain regular communication and follow through on commitments
  • Understand and drive business metrics for forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover
  • Ensure accurate revenue identification and collection
  • Supervise reconciliation of revenue and tickets at shift end
  • Ensure controls for scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping are in place
