The Associate Manager, Brand Activation & Experiences is a pivotal role within Moet Hennessy USA that supports the development and execution of brand activations and experiential marketing programs tailored to the market’s needs. The role is highly collaborative, working closely with internal stakeholders such as Account Owners, Channel Leads, Trade Marketing teams, and Brand Teams to ensure all activations align with the overarching brand vision and luxury standards. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the production aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and monitoring third-party vendor execution to ensure flawless delivery. The Associate Manager acts as the face of Moet Hennessy during customer and consumer-facing events, embodying the company’s values and strengthening relationships with distributor account managers, market leads, and key accounts.

Based out of the New York market, the role is primarily remote but requires frequent driving for account visits and event setups. The Associate Manager will plan and execute a variety of activations, including local events, winemaker visits, and large regional brand experiences, maintaining a strong emphasis on brand standards and customer engagement. This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $92,000 to $115,000 plus bonus incentives, emphasizing professional growth, inclusion, and work-life balance. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience
  • Minimum three years sales and/or marketing experience in wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries
  • Experience in activation and/or event coordination
  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends
  • Willingness to travel up to 30 percent of the time
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Willingness and ability to drive frequently for account visits and business needs

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience
  • Three or more years sales and/or marketing experience in wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries

Job Duties

  • Assist with all regional brand events and local activations designed with the National Brand Activation and Experiences Regional Lead using brand materials and assets, ensuring activations are in line with brand standards and luxury guidelines
  • Coordinate all execution elements including arranging venues, catering, entertainment, and other necessary components for all activations
  • Oversee third-party set-up of venue and day-of execution as needed
  • Confirm distributor fulfillment of requested product on day of activation
  • Raise high-priority opportunities in market to the Brand Activation and Experiences Area Lead
  • Report program and activation execution outcomes and ROIs to the Brand Activation and Experiences Area Lead
  • Provide local digital and social assets to accounts for events in partnership with the digital team
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Account Owners, Channel Leads, Trade Marketing, Field Trade Marketing, and Brand Teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with Distributor Account Managers, Channel Leads, Market Leads, and Key Accounts
  • Activate non-premise local events in partnership with Brand Teams and Field Trade Marketing Teams
  • Support the planning, logistics, and execution of Winemaker and Maison visits in the local area
  • Embody the values of the Maison and act as an ambassador for MHUSA to identify opportunities that enhance market presence
  • Present on-site during event execution to ensure seamless operations and immediate needs are addressed
