Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of background check
- Successful completion of drug screen
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills

- Previous management experience in a restaurant or related hospitality environment

Job Duties
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
- Ensure quality food, sanitation, and customer service standards
- Supervise all restaurant personnel
- Perform administrative functions in manager's absence
- Monitor staffing levels compared to sales volume
- Circulate during peak meal periods to monitor product and service quality
- Assist in production of food and beverage items
- Identify and enhance loyal customer base
- Report competitors' strengths and weaknesses
- Implement new menus and promotional programs
- Monitor controllable costs including food, beverage, labor, supplies, and maintenance
- Train hourly staff and recommend promotions
- Participate in discipline and termination processes
- Coordinate training of assistant managers
- Promote positive employee morale and minimize staff turnover
- Guide subordinate activities to maximize productivity and customer flow
