Job Duties
- Prepare and execute Joseph's recipes for proteins, vegetables, starches, and other menu items
- Maintain Joseph's standards for product freshness and sanitation
- Ensure all items are plated, packaged, and presented according to Joseph's quality and appearance standards
- Replenish, rotate, and maintain products and display cases
- Operate knives, ovens, stoves, grills, scales, wrapping machines, and other kitchen equipment
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
