  • maintain Joseph's standards for product freshness and sanitation
  • ensure all items are plated, packaged, and presented according to Joseph's quality and appearance standards
  • replenish, rotate, and maintain products and display cases
  • operate knives, ovens, stoves, grills, scales, wrapping machines, and other kitchen equipment
  • assist with other tasks as assigned
