- food preparation or kitchen experience preferred
- food safety knowledge or ServSafe certification a plus
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute Joseph's recipes for proteins, vegetables, starches, and other menu items
- maintain Joseph's standards for product freshness and sanitation
- ensure all items are plated, packaged, and presented according to Joseph's quality and appearance standards
- replenish, rotate, and maintain products and display cases
- operate knives, ovens, stoves, grills, scales, wrapping machines, and other kitchen equipment
- assist with other tasks as assigned
