Job Requirements

  • Experience in a sales management role including store-level general management
  • Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced, commission-based retail environments
  • Strong leadership background with experience managing teams of 10+ associates
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated, quick learner able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Proficient with technology including iPads, tablets, and basic math skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible 40+ hour schedule including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Champion company mission, values, and customer beliefs
  • Assist in leading sales activities and initiatives
  • Oversee consistent implementation of processes and policy standards across stores
  • Own and drive sales performance in a retail location with 10+ home furnishing consultants
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top talent
  • Instruct, demonstrate, practice, and validate a clearly defined sales process with direct team
  • Organize multiple competing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Maintain highest standards of personal and professional conduct
  • Maximize personal potential through continual self-improvement and accountability
  • Focus on customers' needs and strive to exceed expectations
  • Recognize others’ values and collaborate respectfully
  • Seek efficiency through process and technology improvements
  • Be accountable to hit revenue to budget, sleep budget, diamond care, and sales per guest targets weekly
  • Supervise showroom appearance standards
  • Participate in calls to review store results relative to goals
