Job Description

The Associate Facilities - Housekeeping position at Family Church Network plays a critical role in supporting the overall cleanliness and logistical operational needs of the church facilities. Reporting directly to the Regional Facilities Manager, this role is instrumental in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for church members and visitors alike. The position requires versatility, a servant's heart, and the ability to work flexible hours that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and after-hours shifts to accommodate church events and activities.
This full-time role is designed for individuals who are committed to upholding the spiritual and moral standards of Family Church Network while providing essential facility maintenance and housekeeping services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attendance habits, and the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive, professional attitude in a dynamic, sometimes stressful environment. Experience with general maintenance is required, and a valid driver’s license is preferred, reflecting the need for readiness to support various operational needs across multiple church locations.
In addition to routine cleaning responsibilities, the Associate Facilities - Housekeeping will support set-up and tear-down activities for events, assist the Operations and Maintenance teams as needed, and demonstrate faithful stewardship of all church resources including supplies and equipment. This position requires adherence to procedural guidelines and policies, ensuring that all tasks are completed consistently to the highest standards. The role also demands a level 2 background check through the Florida Clearinghouse to comply with organizational safety protocols.
