Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of recent experience in hotel or venue sales, events or revenue management, event planning or related fields
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or two years relevant work experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with Cvent and AI-powered tools is preferred
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities concurrently and meet deadlines with some supervision
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, attention to detail and negotiating skills
- Ability to work in the KPMG Lakehouse office in Lake Nona, Florida on a hybrid basis

Job Duties
- Ensure scheduling policies and procedures are followed
- proactively partner with Events and Meetings Business Enablement and Insights team to identify and resolve availability conflicts and communicate issues to Events and Meetings leaders accordingly
- Receive and evaluate meeting requests for KPMG Lakehouse, reviewing meeting requirements and considering event delivery format and venue options based on scheduling criteria such as objective, travel, meeting space, seasonality
- Optimize and maximize occupancy levels by following inventory management and group strategy principles
- own the data accuracy in the tools supporting the Scheduling function and collaborate with the offshore team on various reporting needs
- Analyze and evaluate reports on utilization metrics and monitor progress toward utilization goals
- Develop a deep understanding of the business, business leaders, local offices, and firm conference centers
- engage with business leaders to understand their objectives to ensure strategically impactful programming
- Build strong relationships with internal KPMG Lakehouse teams to become a known and reliable resource that understands operational needs and make decisions that balance strategic and operational requirements
