Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in event planning, event coordination, and project management
- Demonstrated experience in managing high-profile executive-level events from concept through post-delivery
- Proven ability to negotiate large-scale vendor, hotel, and venue contracts
- Strong project management skills with multi-event coordination experience
- Experience managing budgets including forecasting and expense tracking
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with production logistics including stage, audio/visual, and lighting
- Knowledge of site safety, contingency planning, and crowd management
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Develop and oversee an annual event strategy that aligns with corporate goals, brand identity, and business milestones
- Lead and collaborate with Marketing Communications on event production including stage management, audio/visual and lighting design
- Integrate interactive elements, emerging technologies, and creative activations to enhance attendee experience
- Act as primary liaison for entertainment, guest speakers, and third-party production crews managing contract negotiations
- Direct full lifecycle management of multiple concurrent events ensuring adherence to timelines and delivery milestones
- Own events department budget including forecasting, expense tracking, and post-event ROI analysis
- Source, vet, and manage vendors such as catering, logistics, decor, and security ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
- Oversee site selection, crowd management, transportation, and comprehensive contingency and safety planning
- Collaborate with HR, Sales, Facilities, and Executive leadership to meet needs of all stakeholders
- Ensure consistent brand execution across all physical and digital event touchpoints
- Provide progress updates and performance metrics to key stakeholders
