The Digital Sales Associate role at ADP offers a unique opportunity to engage in sales of the company's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions using virtual technologies. This role offers a flexible Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend work, virtual client meetings that eliminate travel time, and the potential for uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and promotional advancement in a dynamic sales team. With a base hourly salary ranging from $15.00 to $28.27, the compensation package includes additional bonuses and equity depending on location, skills, and experience.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior sales experience preferred
  • Ability to use virtual communication tools
  • Strong phone and video communication skills
  • Ability to meet performance metrics such as calls and appointments
  • Willingness to obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses within 45 days if applicable
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday with no weekend availability
