Job Requirements
- Ability to perform essential cleaning and maintenance job functions satisfactorily
- Willingness to work 3rd shift hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and manufacturer recommendations for cleaning solutions
- Proactive communication skills for reporting hazards and maintenance needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work in varied employee common areas and maintain hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Service, clean, and sanitize employee common areas including breakrooms, restrooms, entryways, and other areas as required
- Dust, clean, and sanitize various surfaces including floors, mats, door handles, windows, mirrors, and other areas as required
- Empty and dispose of trash receptacles
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed
- Mix water, detergents, acids, or other cleaning solutions following safety guidelines
- Monitor and report safety hazards, repairs, or maintenance needs, escalating major repairs timely
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
- Perform all other duties as needed
