The Associate Computer Systems Analyst - Linux role is a full-time, on-site position located in Melbourne, FL, within Northrop Grumman's Classified Solutions team. This role involves supporting information system lifecycle activities critical to national security projects. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication skills, an energetic attitude, and patience with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to established security and policy guidelines. The position requires maintaining accurate hardware inventories, supporting internal technical problem resolution, and working collaboratively across multiple disciplines including network, software, and system engineers. The candidate should be familiar with multi-user computer systems and capable of managing multiple network environments under supervision to complete necessary administration tasks securely. Additionally, the role includes following documented technical procedures, reporting task statuses, and supporting IT environments through ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and JIRA.
