The Associate Client Solutions Manager – Show Organizer Event Logistics at The Freeman Company plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional planning and service experience for clients. This position is essential within the Growth (Sales) team, specifically supporting the Show Organizer group. The role demands a leader or dedicated team member capable of managing the entire lifecycle of an event, from initial planning stages through execution on-site. The Associate Client Solutions Manager acts as a primary point of contact for clients, facilitating seamless communication between internal departments including Creative, Strategy, Sponsorships, Graphic Production, and Operations, to fulfill client needs effectively. With responsibility for managing budgets up to $250,000 per event, the role requires precision in financial oversight and invoicing processes to maintain profitability and client satisfaction.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, predominantly based out of Denver, CO, with an expectation to be present in-office or on the show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with excellent organizational and customer service skills, capable of managing multiple events simultaneously. The role also offers opportunities for travel, up to 25%, enabling the manager to oversee events from move-in through move-out phases, ensuring high standards of quality and client engagement.   • 6+ months of related sales, account management, or project management experience
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn multiple internal and external systems
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft software applications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required

Job Duties

  • Able to lead and manage events up to $250,000 per event
  • Works with Show Organizer clients to produce their events once the business has been sold
  • Manages client requirements, expectations, scope changes per event
  • Liaison between client and our Creative, Strategy, Sponsorships, Graphic Production, Operations, and other Freeman departments
  • Primarily produces business sold into a local market
  • Travels to show location to manage event from move-in through move-out
  • Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to be sent to client
  • Maintains knowledge of all products and service offerings and upsell to existing clients beyond current contract
  • Quotes prices and manages budgets
  • Partners with Business Development and Client Relationship teams to renew client business
  • Translates client requirements by working within internal systems to disseminate information to appropriate departments in a timely manner to ensure successful onsite execution
  • May be primary producing lead or may be part of a team on the execution of events
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing partnerships with facilities/venues
  • Entertains clients as necessary
