The role of Associate Client Manager, Commercial Risk within The Baldwin Group, is a critical position within their Construction Practice. This role serves as a technical resource, providing expert service to clients, advisors, insurance company partners, and prospects. The Associate Client Manager supports the maintenance of client relationships by delivering prompt, efficient, high-quality service focused on helping clients achieve their desired business outcomes. Responsibilities include risk identification and evaluation, collaboration across teams, oversight of system data entry, and management of client audits and meetings. The Associate Client Manager is also expected to support special projects and continual process improvements.
This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and proficiency in various software applications including Microsoft Office and specialized insurance systems. Job Duties
- Assist in maintenance of appropriate client relationships through customer service so clients achieve their desired business outcomes
- Identify and evaluate risk of client accounts and escalate concerns to senior colleague
- Collaborate, communicate, and execute service to ensure service standards are met
- Oversee system data entry and processing
- Manage client audits, record minutes from Client Success meetings, track technology issues, keep Operations team informed of migration and charge status
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Continually seek opportunities to improve the firm, business segment, and processes
- Maintain timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients
- Assist colleagues as requested
