Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 2-5 years relevant experience ideal
- Demonstrates core values aligned with corporate culture
- Maintains or willing to obtain all required licenses per State Department of Insurance within 90 days
- Effective communication skills
- Client service and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn specialized software
Job Qualifications

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to learn insurance company and firm software programs
Job Duties
- Assist in maintenance of appropriate client relationships through customer service so clients achieve their desired business outcomes
- Identify and evaluate risk of client accounts and escalate concerns to senior colleague
- Collaborate, communicate, and execute service to ensure service standards are met
- Oversee system data entry and processing
- Manage client audits, record minutes from Client Success meetings, track technology issues, keep Operations team informed of migration and charge status
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Continually seek opportunities to improve the firm, business segment, and processes
- Maintain timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients
- Assist colleagues as requested
