This role is for an Associate position at Tailwind, a vital part of the frontline team supporting day-to-day operations within the company's airport concessions. The Associate will be responsible for multiple key functions that support the smooth running of services, including customer interaction, inventory management, and workspace organization. In this position, you will handle cash and card transactions, providing accuracy and efficiency during the payment process. Delivering excellent and friendly customer service is crucial, as you will be the primary point of contact for customers ordering food and drinks, including specialty coffee and alcoholic beverages. Skill in operating coffee-making equipment and preparing a range of beverages according to set recipes is important, as is staying current with trends in the coffee and beverage industry.

The Associate will also work closely with the team to restock inventory supplies and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and serving areas.
