The Assistant Nursing Manager contributes to budget administration by monitoring supplies, charges, and capital improvements to achieve the unit’s operational goals effectively. The position encourages a collaborative work culture fostering positive relationships within the team and across departments such as Respiratory Therapy, Pharmacy, and Property Services.
