This job opening is with a restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use the iconic McDonald's brand, logos, and food products. While McDonald's USA is known worldwide for its fast food service and recognizable brand, this particular restaurant operates under a separate company and employer, managed exclusively by the franchisee. As such, all employment matters including hiring, firing, employee supervision, discipline, staffing, and scheduling fall under the franchisee's responsibility alone. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, or Inventory
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up and report results to management
  • ensure Crew and Managers deliver excellent guest service
  • organize Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru operations
  • manage food quality, safety, and cost controls
  • hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • recognize and motivate staff throughout their employment
