While McDonald's USA is known worldwide for its fast food service and recognizable brand, this particular restaurant operates under a separate company and employer, managed exclusively by the franchisee. As such, all employment matters including hiring, firing, employee supervision, discipline, staffing, and scheduling fall under the franchisee's responsibility alone. McDonald's USA does not exercise control over these employment decisions and will not participate in the hiring process or receive any copies of employment applications. Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, or Inventory

- organize Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru operations
- manage food quality, safety, and cost controls
- hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
