This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, distinct from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's branding and food products but operates as a separate business entity responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA plays no role in employment decisions or the management of this franchisee-operated restaurant. Consequently, if hired, you will be employed by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in customer service or management desirable
  • ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • commitment to providing excellent customer experience
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality
  • positive team player with flexible schedule
  • passion for working in fast paced environment
  • must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned restaurants
  • good leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work well with diverse teams

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly ensuring fast accurate friendly customer service
  • manage assigned departmental systems such as training food safety and inventory
  • set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service
  • oversee sales promotions and maintain front counter McCafé and drive-thru areas
  • assure kitchen delivers quality food safely and efficiently controlling food costs
  • hire train schedule recognize and motivate crew members
