This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, distinct from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's branding and food products but operates as a separate business entity responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or management desirable
- ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- commitment to providing excellent customer experience
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- previous managerial experience preferred ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality
- positive team player with flexible schedule
- passion for working in fast paced environment
- must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned restaurants
- good leadership and communication skills
- ability to work well with diverse teams
Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring fast accurate friendly customer service
- manage assigned departmental systems such as training food safety and inventory
- set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service
- oversee sales promotions and maintain front counter McCafé and drive-thru areas
- assure kitchen delivers quality food safely and efficiently controlling food costs
- hire train schedule recognize and motivate crew members
