Unlike corporate jobs with McDonald’s USA, the franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. This autonomy ensures a unique working environment that closely resembles the McDonald’s brand experience but is managed at a local level, giving employees greater interaction with their immediate managers and teams. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
