In the Guest Service Department, the manager ensures that the crew and other managers provide exceptional customer experiences, execute sales promotions effectively, and maintain an organized front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas for optimal service. In the Kitchen Department, the manager focuses on delivering high-quality food safely and efficiently, controlling food costs, and training kitchen staff in production procedures, including the introduction of new menu items. The People Department Manager is responsible for recruiting qualified team members, providing comprehensive training, scheduling according to sales and profit goals, and maintaining crew motivation and recognition.
