Job Duties
- lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- set departmental goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up on task progress and report results to team and other managers
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences
- maintain organization and service quality in front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
- ensure food safety, quality, cost control, and proper training of kitchen staff
- recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew members
- motivate and recognize crew members throughout their employment
