The Assistant Valet Manager position at Fly Away Valet is a full-time, exempt role with an annual salary range of $50,000 to $60,000. In this pivotal role, the Assistant Valet Manager supports the Valet Manager in overseeing all aspects of parking facility operations to meet contractual and service expectations. This includes supervising staff, managing costs, maintaining the physical integrity of the property, and integrating advanced parking technology. The role requires leadership skills to mentor and develop junior staff, ensuring they meet performance standards and contribute positively to the client experience. The Assistant Valet Manager is responsible for critical operational duties such as staff training, scheduling, audits, budgeting, and employee engagement initiatives. They play a key role in guest and employee satisfaction by leading customer service programs and maintaining open communication channels among team members. The position also involves conducting internal and external audits and managing payroll accuracy to control labor costs effectively.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service related roles preferred
- Valid in-state driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must pass MVR background check
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights as required
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
Job Qualifications
- Associates or four-year college degree is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of operations management or supervisory experience in hospitality or parking industry
- Working knowledge of parking and transportation systems software preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- Provide training and mentoring to junior staff members
