  • ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights as required
  • ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • willing to provide mentoring and feedback to junior staff
  • available to work at Los Angeles International Airport location

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous leadership or supervisory experience in parking or hospitality industry preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • experience with parking operations and technology is a plus
  • proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations professionally

Job Duties

  • provide training and mentoring to junior staff members
  • provide critical feedback to junior staff
  • develop team members to create a highly engaged environment
  • assist with other parking operation duties as necessary

  • give direction in a clear and concise manner to staff
