Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights as required
- ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds
- strong verbal communication skills
- self-motivated and detail-oriented
- willing to provide mentoring and feedback to junior staff
- available to work at Los Angeles International Airport location
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous leadership or supervisory experience in parking or hospitality industry preferred
- strong communication skills
- experience with parking operations and technology is a plus
- proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations professionally
Job Duties
- provide training and mentoring to junior staff members
- provide critical feedback to junior staff
- develop team members to create a highly engaged environment
- assist with other parking operation duties as necessary
- encourage team member development and participate in employee interviews
- give direction in a clear and concise manner to staff
- offer consistent and timely feedback to hourly staff
