The role demands a proactive approach to managing restaurant operations, including stepping in during the Restaurant General Manager's absence and making critical decisions to ensure smooth functioning. The Assistant Manager will also have a key responsibility in recruitment and talent development, assisting in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring team members who embody KFC’s core values. This role supports maintaining high standards in food safety, health, and facility upkeep, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and occupational health regulations. Financial acumen is also vital, as this position involves assisting in profit and loss management, overseeing cash control, security procedures, inventory management, and labor cost optimization.
