This position is for an Assistant Unit Manager at a KFC restaurant located at 1901 32nd St, Northport, Alabama. The role offers an hourly wage ranging from $13 to $14 and requires a strong commitment to operational excellence and team leadership. The Assistant Unit Manager will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to oversee daily restaurant operations and uphold the KFC brand standards. This position demands 50-hour work weeks, including 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, balancing the workload with rewarding compensation.

As an Assistant Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the restaurant's success by supporting the management team and leading by example. Your duties will include ensuring consistent customer satisfaction by modeling the KFC Connect Success Routine, managing shift responsibilities, maintaining high food safety standards, and stepping in to run operations when the RGM is absent.
