Assistant Unit Manager

The Assistant Manager role places you at the very heart of KFC’s operational success, working closely with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to uphold brand standards and inspire the team. In the absence of the RGM, you will assume responsibility for daily restaurant operations, making critical decisions that drive team performance and operational excellence.

Your duties will extend beyond daily oversight; you will take active part in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring to build a talented and diverse workforce aligned with KFC’s values of equity, inclusion, and belonging. The role also includes financial responsibilities such as assisting with Profit and Loss management, encompassing cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management. Reviewing financial reports to optimize restaurant performance will be a vital function of your position.
