Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- regular access to personal vehicle
- ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, and bend
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 90 lbs
- clear speech and good hearing
- clear vision with or without corrective lenses
- must be able to make sound decisions and work with supervision
- adherence to company policies and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
- proficiency using Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- strong leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of safety and security procedures
- basic understanding of regulatory and policy compliance
- ability to train and develop team members
- good judgment and decision-making abilities
Job Duties
- Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to monitor and achieve performance goals
- ensure a consistently excellent guest experience by maintaining cleanliness, service quality, and food standards
- lead by example to uphold high standards of customer service and operational excellence
- recruit, train, and mentor team members for growth and development
- communicate business updates, promotions, and team objectives clearly and effectively
- promote a team-focused and family-oriented work culture
- attend staff, departmental, and required meetings
- follow cash handling, safety, and security procedures
- adhere to KFC and City/State/United States safety regulations
- demonstrate knowledge of and compliance with Human Resources policies and processes
