Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
  • Regular access to personal vehicle
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, bend, lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 90 lbs
  • Clear speech and good hearing both face to face and on the phone
  • Vision sufficient to perform job duties safely
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and operational standards
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

Job Duties

  • Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to monitor and achieve performance goals
  • Ensure a consistently excellent guest experience by maintaining cleanliness, service quality, and food standards
  • Lead by example to uphold high standards of customer service and operational excellence
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members for growth and development
  • Communicate business updates, promotions, and team objectives clearly and effectively
  • Promote a team-focused and family-oriented work culture
