We are currently seeking an Assistant Ticket Office Manager to join our team. This full-time position plays a critical role in the effective operation of the Ticket Office, overseeing day-to-day ticketing functions, event-related operations, and financial settlements. The Assistant Ticket Office Manager will serve as the primary ticketing liaison for tenant teams and state tournaments, supporting a variety of live events hosted at OVG’s venues. The annual salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $60,000, reflecting the importance of the role within the organization. Benefits for full-time employees include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, and comprehensive paid time off such as vacation days, sick days, and eleven holidays annually.
In this role, you will be responsible for event buildouts in the Paciolan ticketing system, coordinating critical event information among promoters, building personnel, and the ticketing company. Effective communication and organization are paramount as you manage ticket pricing, seating configurations, and event scaling in collaboration with multiple stakeholders. You will also oversee hiring, training, and supervising full-time and part-time box office staff, ensuring all employees adhere to sales and customer resolution procedures.
