The Assistant Manager position at The Parking Spot is a vital leadership role within the operations team. This full-time role is scheduled from Wednesday to Friday, 4 pm to 12 am, and Saturday to Sunday, 8 am to 4 pm, with Monday and Tuesday off. It offers a competitive salary in the range of $55,000 to $60,000 per year, with eligibility for overtime. The Assistant Manager works closely with the General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a facility, including managing the facility's physical condition and fleet, and playing a crucial part in hiring, training, and managing staff. This role is highly customer-facing, requiring excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and offers a significant degree of autonomy and ownership in managing the facility's day-to-day functions.
