With a focus on talent development, professional growth, and fostering an inclusive work environment, Aramark is committed to offering equal employment opportunities and creating a workplace free of discrimination. Employees at Aramark have access to a wide array of benefits and resources designed to enhance their quality of life and support their career progression. The company places high importance on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a culture of teamwork, integrity, and excellence throughout its operations.

The role of Assistant Suites Manager at Fenway Park represents an exciting leadership opportunity within Aramark’s premium services division. Reporting directly to the Senior Suites Manager, the Assistant Suites Manager will play a pivotal role in assisting with the management of suites food and beverage operations for both game day and non-game day events. This salaried position offers a competitive compensation range between $65,000 and $75,000, reflecting Aramark’s commitment to rewarding its talented workforce. The Assistant Suites Manager will be tasked with overseeing operational quality control, managing staffing and payroll, preparing for events, supervising kitchen operations, and handling inventory and ordering tasks.

An essential aspect of this role involves spending at least 60% of the time on the floor, actively supervising, coaching, and training staff members. This hands-on approach ensures that guest service and operational standards are maintained at the highest level. The Assistant Suites Manager will also support premium menu development, focusing on delivery, presentation, and meeting quality standards. Building and sustaining strong relationships with multi-year premium Suite holders as well as individual game rental clients is a key responsibility, which requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Conducting daily pre-shift meetings to align the team with daily objectives and goals further underscores the leadership and organizational demands of the position.

Beyond operational responsibilities, this position is integral to fostering a guest service and management philosophy that permeates the entire suite team. The Assistant Suites Manager will support staff training, development, communication, and motivation, contributing to a positive team environment committed to excellence. Regular equipment maintenance and ensuring clean, safe operational conditions also fall under the scope of the job. Aramark stresses that job duties may evolve in response to business needs, requiring agility and a willingness to adapt. Overall, this role demands a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, strong leadership qualities, outstanding organizational capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, event-driven work atmosphere. Working an event-based schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, reflecting the nature of Fenway Park’s premium suite services.

Joining Aramark as an Assistant Suites Manager provides not only a chance to contribute to an iconic venue’s premier hospitality offering but also opportunities to grow within a company committed to environmental and social responsibility, employee wellbeing, and career progression.
