Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous retail experience preferred

Job Duties
- Support development of team members by providing technical and product knowledge information to associates
- Assist Senior Store Manager with training of store associates
- Promote a culture of coaching by providing insights to improve customer experience and selling skills
- Achieve or exceed store financial targets through effective execution and customer service
- Ensure store execution of product merchandising, marketing, and POP standards
- Follow Mattress Firm procedures for product transfers to ensure proper documentation of inventory
- Serve as a lead in resolving customer-related issues and escalate when necessary
