- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of U.S. Military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
Job Duties
- lead and support a team to deliver excellent customer experiences
- maintain high standards of product quality and store environment
- mentor and develop partners to achieve their potential
- manage daily store operations including inventory and sales
- implement sales initiatives to drive business growth
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
