Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation to establish identity and eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full time including in excess of 40 hours per week
  • availability for variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • two years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate store team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
  • coach and develop partners to achieve both individual and team goals
  • manage inventory and stock levels to meet demand
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
  • support sales strategies to drive store profitability
