Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to work legally in the country of application
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as needed

Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- two years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- leading and inspiring the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
- supporting the store manager in daily operations and staff scheduling
- training and mentoring partners to achieve high performance standards
- managing inventory and store appearance
- ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- contributing to achieving sales goals
