Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • must be able to regularly work over 40 hours per week
  • commitment to provide an inclusive and welcoming environment
  • physical ability to perform tasks associated with the role

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 2 years retail or customer service management experience OR 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales-focused experience
  • ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • manage daily store operations including inventory, cash handling, and scheduling
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies
  • drive sales growth through effective coaching and motivation
  • maintain high standards of coffee quality and customer service
  • resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly
  • support store manager in achieving business goals and community engagement
