This position operates during daytime hours only, from Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, eliminating the need for evening or night shifts. The Assistant Store Manager is deeply involved in all phases of store operation including leasing storage units and parking spaces, preparing rental agreements, and handling monetary transactions. Beyond the core administrative tasks, the role includes light maintenance duties, overseeing the cleaning of vacated and general property areas to maintain excellent curb appeal, and supervising on-site projects to ensure smooth daily operations.
