Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally
- ability to work full time including over 40 hours per week
- flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or ged
- two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of us military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- problem-solving skills
- ability to lead and inspire a team
Job Duties
- lead and motivate retail team members to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service
- maintain store operations including inventory management and staff scheduling
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- foster a positive store culture focused on collaboration and customer satisfaction
- handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- support training and development of team members
- assist in financial management tasks such as cash handling and sales reporting
