Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally
  • ability to work full time including over 40 hours per week
  • flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or ged
  • two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of us military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • problem-solving skills
  • ability to lead and inspire a team

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate retail team members to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service
  • maintain store operations including inventory management and staff scheduling
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • foster a positive store culture focused on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
  • support training and development of team members
  • assist in financial management tasks such as cash handling and sales reporting
