Job Description
Brunello Cucinelli is a renowned luxury fashion brand known for its commitment to quality craftsmanship, timeless design, and sophisticated customer service. As a leader in the luxury retail industry, Brunello Cucinelli operates stores that emphasize not only high-end fashion items but also a unique shopping experience that reflects the brand's philosophy and lifestyle. The company takes pride in fostering a professional and inclusive work environment where employees are encouraged to grow, develop, and contribute meaningfully to the brand's success. Brunello Cucinelli is committed to equal opportunity employment and values diversity in its workforce.
The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) role at Brunello Cucinelli is a pivotal position within the retail team, responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, managing staff, and creating an exceptional customer experience. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the ASM acts as an ambassador of the brand both internally and externally. This role is geared towards someone who is enthusiastic about luxury retail, values teamwork, and has a strong ability to lead and inspire a sales team. The ASM helps ensure the store operates smoothly, meets sales and operational goals, and maintains the highest standards of customer service.
Key responsibilities of the ASM include maximizing sales opportunities by leading the sales team to exceed individual and department sales goals. They are accountable for motivating and managing associates to provide industry-leading customer service, which is crucial for building and sustaining client loyalty. The ASM also plays a key role in staff training and development, working closely with the Store Manager to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, stock management, and overall store operations.
Moreover, the ASM is entrusted with day-to-day operational duties such as opening and closing the store, assigning task priorities, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and acting decisively in the absence of the Store Manager. They are expected to use company resources effectively to assist customers personally and professionally, ensuring every client interaction is tailored and memorable. Acting as a strong brand ambassador, the ASM embodies the brand's aesthetic and philosophy, building relationships within the store and with corporate partners. Compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, with a variety of benefits, including health and dental insurance, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, generous paid time off, and career development opportunities within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
