The role available at the Glendale, Arizona retail store is for a Sales Floor Supervisor, who plays a critical leadership role in managing daily sales floor operations. This position directly supports the overarching mission of GCNA by ensuring the retail store runs efficiently, maintains excellent customer service, and meets financial goals. The Sales Floor Supervisor is tasked with overseeing team members, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment that represents the Goodwill brand positively. With a starting salary of $47,000 annually plus eligibility for a monthly performance bonus of up to $1,000, this position offers a competitive compensation package. Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- One-year work experience in retail management required
- One-year customer service experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening where applicable
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently
