The Assistant Store Manager role at TJ Maxx is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about retail leadership and creating a positive shopping experience. TJ Maxx offers a competitive salary range from $22.70 to $31.20 per hour, translating to approximately $56,576.57 - $77,761.63 annually, along with bonus and overtime eligibility.
