Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Drive store performance by supporting sales results and managing expenses
  • oversee key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving
  • minimize shrink and damages
  • attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent through comprehensive training and ongoing development
  • serve as a mentor and role model fostering a supportive environment
  • communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes
  • provide input on succession planning
  • implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets
  • coordinate loss prevention and operational programs
  • improve store layout and efficiency
