We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy Assistant Store Manager to join our leadership team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and a motivated team. Job Duties

Help lead day-to-day operations alongside the Store Manager
coach, motivate, and hype up the team during busy shifts
deliver fast, friendly guest service and ensure food quality standards are always on point
help drive sales, team performance, and overall store success
keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly
support hiring, training, and developing team members
jump in wherever needed - leaders here lead from the front
help create a fun, positive, team-first culture
ensure company policies, food safety, and operational standards are followed
