Job Duties
- Help lead day-to-day operations alongside the Store Manager
- coach, motivate, and hype up the team during busy shifts
- deliver fast, friendly guest service and ensure food quality standards are always on point
- help drive sales, team performance, and overall store success

- support hiring, training, and developing team members
- jump in wherever needed - leaders here lead from the front
