We are currently seeking a high-energy Assistant Store Manager to join the dynamic team at Hot Dog on a Stick. The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and uphold the brand’s standards for food quality and service. Job Duties

  • Help lead day-to-day operations alongside the Store Manager
  • coach, motivate, and hype up the team during busy shifts
  • deliver fast, friendly guest service and ensure food quality standards are always on point
  • help drive sales, team performance, and overall store success
  • keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly
  • support hiring, training, and developing team members
  • jump in wherever needed - leaders here lead from the front
  • help create a fun, positive, team-first culture
  • ensure company policies, food safety, and operational standards are followed
