Job Duties
- Help lead day-to-day operations alongside the Store Manager
- coach, motivate, and hype up the team during busy shifts

- keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly
- support hiring, training, and developing team members
- jump in wherever needed - leaders here lead from the front
