The role of Assistant Store Manager at Marshalls is dynamic, rewarding, and vital to the store’s performance and customer experience. Overseeing loss prevention and other operational programs ensures the store’s security and efficiency, while continual improvements to store layout and workflow optimize the shopping environment. Starting pay for this bonus and overtime-eligible position ranges from $22.70 to $31.20 per hour, translating to approximately $56,576.57 to $77,761.63 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an assistant or store manager
- Proven leadership skills with large teams
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Experience in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention
- Ability to implement tasks and initiatives successfully
Job Qualifications

- Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship to others
