Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred

Job Duties
- Support the development of team members by providing technical and product knowledge to associates
- Assist Senior Store Manager with training store associates
- Promote a culture of coaching by giving insights to improve customer experience and selling aptitude
- Achieve or exceed store financial targets through effective execution and customer service
- Ensure store execution of product merchandising, marketing, and POP standards
- Follow Mattress Firm procedures for product transfers and inventory documentation
- Ability to lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds
